LAIR was a concept about a Necromancer who is in the deep forest minding his own business. The thing is "good guys" keep showing up causing trouble. Using foul language and worse, threatening to vanquish "evil". The story of our Necromancer is that he was a highborn scholar that got too close to dark magic and ended up turning into what he is today.
We flip the classic D&D story quest on it's head and view the world through the eyes of the "bad guys". The project never saw fruition because we got busy with other projects that were funded. However, we generated enough artwork that it's worth showing.
